Very clean and updated. Great floor plan, spacious. Obviously newer construction, however no deck or stairs outside the sliding door from the main area; several other homes in the area were the same. That really would’ve been nice.

The house was very clean and was a good fit for what our group needed. The only downside was there was not enough towels for all of us and we couldn’t find any extras. We also couldn’t get the wifi to work, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

The location was good, about 20 min from casino and 30 min from the amphitheatre. Was disappointed there wasn't a coffee maker . Also you couldn't access the back yard and when we tried sitting outside in the front there was a wasp nest , they did come take it down but by the time we left wasps were building another nest . They didn't provide hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen . For the most part property was clean and nice location

We really enjoyed staying at this property as it was 5 minutes from the family we were visiting and really close to a grocery store. The house was spacious with all the basic amenities. Joy's communication was great. Check-in and check-out was super easy. I read the other reviews before arrival and wanted to leave an update and some insight for anyone else reading reviews. The internet was great, we had no problems connecting. There is a full kitchen with all the basics, however, there is not a coffee maker. Joy does provide tea and instant coffee. I brought a pour over from home to make coffee in the mornings. I always bring my own shampoo/conditioner in case there isn't any and that proved to be useful at this location. Again, this place is a wonderful spacious house in a brand new neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay!

Gelie was a great guest-excellent communicator and adherence to house rules was impressive. Definitely a five star guest!
