This private unit of a duplex features clean contemporary design, vaulted ceilings, and bright open living spaces — plus your own heated & chilled plunge pool. Cool off during hot summer days or warm it up on cooler evenings. Just minutes from South Congress and downtown, it’s a comfortable home base close to Austin’s best restaurants, shops, and music.

The Space

This is one side of a modern Travis Heights duplex with its own entrance and private backyard. Inside are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — a king primary with ensuite, plus queen and full bedrooms. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen under vaulted ceilings. Outside, the backyard centers around the heated & chilled plunge pool with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing day or night.
