Welcome to your perfect Ocean City beach escape! This renovated second-floor condo, located on the ocean side of West Avenue, is just two short blocks from the beach and offers beautiful unobstructed sunset views over the bay wetlands. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with two full beds. A queen pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Inside, you’ll find a bright open living area and an updated kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Step outside to enjoy the covered front porch, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset, or relax on the rear deck with a propane grill and outdoor seating. Additional conveniences include a private shed with beach equipment, an enclosed outdoor shower, a ground-level mudroom/laundry area with a toilet, and driveway parking for one vehicle with additional street parking available. The location is incredibly walkable—just one block to Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream and only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, courts, and local favorites like Acme, Wawa, CVS, Randazzo’s, and bike rentals. Whether you're planning beach days, sunset evenings, or family adventures around town, this comfortable coastal retreat offers the perfect home base for your Ocean City vacation.
