The main floor shows an impressive contemporary residence featuring a sensationally open plan living/dining/kitchen concept.
Luminous and spacious living space leading to the open courtyard with private spa/pool and outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy from the Florida sun to alfresco lunches or fine dining. Along the main floor guests can find the first master suite with a KingSize bed and a great en-suite bathroom with double sink, glass enclosure shower box. and a separated bath tub. This bathroom has a door that leads to the patio/pool area.
Next by the entrance door, there is a second bedroom with a QueenSize bed and a shared full-bathroom with double sink and glass enclosure shower box.

Going to the upper-level guests will find a cozy loft with a comfortable couch where they can enjoy their favorite movies or TV Shows. The fun doesn't stop here, just passing through this loft and entertainment center is awaiting more action. Around the loft area, guests can choose from seven bedrooms for their relaxation.

The bedroom (4) with front and side view has one FullSize bed and can have access to the full-bathroom with glass enclosure bathtub that is next to the bonus room. The bedrooms (5) and (6) both have one FullSize bed each and they are connected by a full-bathroom with double sink and glass enclosure shower. Also, bedrooms (3) and (8) both have one FullSize bed each and they are connected by a full-bathroom with a double sink and glass enclosure shower.
Bedroom (7) has a view to the patio and has one FullSize bed. The bedroom (9) has four TwinSize beds. The Washer/Dryer room is also in this floor plant.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of 400.00 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
