Everything was excellent.. The house is exactly as pictured with plenty of kitchenware, bakeware and extras for a large family.. The kids loved the pool area and chose to stay there our last day over going out.. Will definitely be returning.. The host was always available..

Great location for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Barry was very quick to respond to questions, everyone enjoyed the amenities at the house and the proximity to the oasis club was amazing. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing! The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! We had 11 people from age 13 up to 60 and we all enjoyed the game room! The younger ones played video games and the older ones played the arcade games. We used the movie room every single night! The kitchen was spacious enough that four of us could be in there at one time. All the furniture and decor looked new. The amenities at the resort were outstanding! We loved floating down the lazy river, which was quite large, and hanging out in the pool by the bar. We ended up only going to Disney one day because we were having so much fun at the house! The owner, Barry, responded immediately to any of our questions! We are already planning our next stay!

Room for a very large family with room to spread out. Pool at the house provided hours of fun and the pool activities that is available at the complex were also terrific.

Fantastic stay and great house!

We had an early Thanksgiving family vacation and the house was perfect! So clean and loved all the king beds. Everyone slept so well. The owner Barry was super nice and so attentive! We will definitely be back….great house and great service!

Great vacation accommodations

Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to the club house. We enjoyed the heated pool and theater room. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go back.

Exactly what we wanted

The property was spacious, beautiful and well appointed. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Only a short walk to the club house/water park. Upon returning to the property after a long day out, the property was quiet and relaxing which was a plus and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property owner, Barry, made sure that we had everything that we needed for check in before our arrival and communicated frequently to ensure we'd have a smooth check in process. His communication was key and very well appreciated.

Perfect house and great location-highly recommend

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again!! House was in amazing condition, very clean with nice features and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were sooo comfortable and the kids loved the game room and theater room too. The pool area was perfect and had the evening sun which was great. House was close to resort area which was also very nice and had great food and drinks. Owner was amazing to work with and extremely attentive and responsive. Honestly cannot think of one negative! Highly recommend!

Great for large family getaway!

We had an excellent stay at this property and Barry was an exceptional host! We were blown away by the space we had for our family! The pool at the home was awesome and the access to the neighborhood pool and club facilities was fantastic as well! We would love to come back to this property!

Great Stay

We rented this property while attending a conference taking place at the Omni. Barry was great to work with throughout the entire process. We all agreed having a house as opposed to 4 hotel rooms made the trip so much better.

Golf Trip

Great house for our annual golf trip of 8 guys. Manager was very responsive to any questions and house was close to our courses. Each person having own bedroom and 5 bathroom house was a big plus for us!

Very pleased with the home itself, location, cleaness and upkeep of the home. Furthermore the owner was very prompt and responsive to our questions. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, pool table, air hockey, xbox, etc.

Great stay!

A group of us ranging from 6 months - 60 years stayed for 2 weeks in August to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The property was great and everything was as advertised. Barry's communication prior to our stay was excellent and having all the information and passes in advance made our arrival process a breeze after a long day of travelling.

Awesome Rental

Rental was perfect for our family of 18, we enjoyed every minute of it. There was a little hiccup with the entrance code upon our arrival, but it was immediately taken care of. We enjoyed the Oasis Waterpark being so close also! Overall a great vacation!

Welcome to our page! My name is Barry and my family and I fell in love with the Championsgate community while we were on vacation in 2018. Since our initial stay we enjoyed it so much we purchased our dream vacation home a few months afterwards.
We are very active owners and always look to update our home and give other families an amazing vacation experience as well. My wife Amy and I are always searching for new ways to keep our house one of the best vacation homes in the Disney Area.
Just this summer (2025) we have purchased a new stove, two new arcade games, new televisions which work much faster, new theater seats, and a new bbq and outdoor sitting too. As I mentioned earlier, I want all our guests to feel the magic that we felt when we decided to purchase our vacation home!

We love how there is so much to do in Championsgate. You do not have to always rely on the adventure parks to have a good time. My wife Amy and I love having coffee out on our patio in the morning, and enjoying all that the area has to offer.

What separates our home from all the others in the community is our location. We are located just behind the waterpark, so it is usually a last minute decision to enjoy the lazy river, the slides, or even a drink at the bar. We just walk out and within a minute we are at the club!
