For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball court, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 05.Oct. - 25.Apr.. 50 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Luino" 3 km, shingle beach "Le Serenelle" 3 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Tennis 400 m.
