Alternative street parking is available at North Miami Ave and at Flow Residences, which offers parking spots. The building garage is located at 697 N Miami Ave, and make the payment by scanning the QR code of your chosen parking space.

All amenities are available to guests; however, please be aware that certain amenities or areas may occasionally be closed due to events, maintenance, or weather-related issues.

These closures are managed by the building administration and are beyond our control. Guests acknowledge that temporary closures or limited access to amenities may occur, and the host is not responsible for these instances. No discounts or breach of agreement will be recognized due to these temporary closures.

We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any such occurrences.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM – Please respect neighbors and building policies.

No Smoking | No Pets | No Parties – Strict building rules apply.

Keep the door closed all the time – Helps with temperature control.
