Access to the cabin is moderately easy with a confident driver on paved roads with a few hills and a few tight turns to a flat gravel driveway with room for 2-3 vehicles. Trailers will not fit and are not permitted.
Excellent Red River Gorge location with convenient access to groceries, coffee shops, local festivals, rock climbing, ziplining, hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, off-roading, biking, motorcycling, kayaking/canoeing, restaurants, and cafés.
Cabin is Pet Friendly with a pet fee.
Propane for the gas grill is provided by Scenic Cabin Rentals.

The Cabins of Birch Hollow community monitors the neighborhood via exterior cameras. At Brookside, there are two cameras mounted on a pole in the yard facing incoming and outgoing traffic, and one camera on the porch directed toward the pole cameras. An additional camera is installed at the Sundance cabin on the left side of the porch facing the driveway and barn.
