Rare Elevator Accessible Top-Floor 4 Bed 3 Bath @Parkview Bay, 30-40' Boat Slips

Parkview Bay is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our guests appreciate the serenity of the State Park and the calmer waters of the Glaize Arm. This area is fantastic for watersports and fishing. A variety of on-the-water restaurants are just a short drive or boat ride away! The complex offers three pools and walking paths around the Lake.

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible by elevator. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living areas. Enjoy Spectrum HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets to log onto the Internet with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and Dierberg's Supermarket is less than 2 miles away.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View through the patio door to the deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds and ceiling fans. The spacious 4th bedroom is located in the Loft and is set-up with a Queen sized Bed. There is a Sofa Sleeper, TV and ceiling fan in the loft area as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

BOATERS: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are close by and available upon request for a small fee. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be just inside the Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge at the 19 mile marker.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

We had the Best time with my brothers and parents. The condo was very clean and spacious!! We all had enough room to spread out! 8 of us.We enjoyed the extra stuff left in the pantry just in case we needed it (plastic bags or spices). We loved the elevator, as having elderly parents this was a Must!!!Pools were nice and clean and the complex is so close to everything. The cove is very quiet!!!The only thing is maybe consider getting new outside furniture or chairs.. some of the chairs seats were broke and it made it very uncomfortable to sit (I took pictures to make sure we did not break them) very worn.We would rent again!!!

Our entire stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very beginning, our host was exceptional with communication, responsiveness, and genuine care. That level of hospitality made us feel welcomed before we even arrived. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, and fully prepared for our family. It had every amenity we needed for our 5-day stay, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the experience. The loft was a fantastic bonus and gave everyone their own space. The peaceful views from the condo were something we looked forward to every morning and evening. This trip was more than just a vacation for our family—it was a special time of making memories together, and this condo was the perfect place for it. We enjoyed the pool every day, and we greatly appreciated the host arranging a boat slip for the tritoon we rented. Being close to shopping, restaurants, and everything the Ozarks has to offer made the location even better. When we return to the Ozarks, this will be the first place we look to stay. We would come back without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable getaway.

Hello, My name is Jason Boschert and I'm pleased to be the Property Manager for this outstanding condominium at the popular Parkview Bay complex in Osage Beach. Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area people have always enjoyed vacationing. There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are very few 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom units in the complex; They are only available on the top-floors of the buildings. This building, however is one of only two that have an elevator!
