Set Residenz Bun Sté is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe, renowned for its unique views of the Dolomites, green meadows, and pristine forests. The residence’s name is Ladin for "good stay." This region is the ideal destination for mountain lovers. The apartment’s location offers countless leisure activities, from mountain biking trails to the slopes of Dolomiti Superski, forest walks, and high-altitude climbing.

The modern apartment spans two floors and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one open), accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and an infrared sauna. Families with children have access to a baby cot and high chair.

Start your day on your balcony, furnished with garden furniture, enjoying the panoramic view and a delicious breakfast. On the shared rooftop sun terrace, you can unwind in the whirlpool or relax on sun loungers. There is also a communal garden, table tennis, trampoline, and an additional fitness room.

This centrally located apartment is just 100 meters from the ski slope and Kronplatz valley station; the cable car takes you straight to the ski area. The center is a 10-minute walk away (900 meters), where you will find many restaurants, cafés, bars, and a supermarket. Bruneck, the main town of the Puster Valley, is a 20-minute drive (17 km). The Three Peaks Nature Park is about an hour away.

Parking and a garage are available. Only one dog allowed (for an extra fee).
