Beautiful residence "Golfe Horizon", 3 storeys, built in 2017. In the district of Tour de Mare, 4 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (4 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Saint Raphael" 5 km, sandy beach "Plage de Fréjus" 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 200 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 4 km, Karting 4 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus, 4 km. Please note: The swimming pool with solarium is located on the roof of the residence.
