From BNA airport, you will take I-40 E to Central Pike, exit 221A. Take a left onto Central Pike and our home is 2 minutes or 0.8 miles down.

★ We only accept bookings for those over 25.

The property:

★Private Parking:
Parking for two regular/small cars in a closed garage. Parking behind the property is limited, and we recommend ride share if possible.

★Heating/Air:
We have mini-split HVAC systems, which are separate AC/Heating units located in all the major rooms. This is controlled by a local remote and is more energy-efficient and customizable to guests throughout the property.

★Security
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external cameras located at the front and back of the house.
No Indoor Cameras.

Please note: A $500 security deposit is required for your stay. This is a temporary hold (like at a hotel) and not a charge—it will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages. Failure to provide the deposit will result in cancellation of your booking.
