Located on the 8th floor, the beach views are stunning. The expansive balcony, which can be accessed by both the living area and master bedroom, features tile floors and ample seating for the entire party to enjoy lovely sunsets over the gulf. Watch the waves kiss the shoreline from the spacious living area which features lovely décor, two reclining chairs and a couch. The dining area table seats six plus there is seating for four at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area, you will find a wet bar with an additional sink and stand-alone ice maker for added convenience, plus a half-bath.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances. Appliances such as blender, toaster, a Keurig, & regular coffee maker are supplied.
The master bedroom features a king bed, shiplap wall, balcony access, flat screen TV and a private bath. The master bath includes a tile walk-in shower and double granite vanity. Upon arrival to Regency Isle 806, you will get parking pass(es) from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”.

Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards.
