Welcome to your happy place, Sea and Sun - Unit #6 — your freshly updated coastal retreat! Freshly updated with new paint, new appliances, and comfortable updated furnishings, this cozy condo is ready for your next beach getaway. Located right across the street from the sparkling Gulf waters, Sea and Sun is a quiet, small complex — perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The living space features an open-concept living and dining area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal after a day at the shore. Sleep soundly in the king-size bed and freshen up after a day on the sand in the ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Wanting a quick cool down, guests have access to the outdoor pool and if needed a coin operated laundry facility.

There is a shared laundry room onsite at Sea and Sun.

**Parking Notes: No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. The complex allows one car per unit.

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, there were 2 major things we were not pleased with. The pool water was very hot and not very clean. While I know there is not much that can be done about the temperature of the water with how hot it was outside, I feel that if it was cleaned and just refreshed more often it would make a huge difference. The second thing being the washer and dryer that is advertised with the listing. There were 2 washers. One of the 2 took our money twice and never worked and the other did work for the most part. Neither of the dryers worked at all. With our stay being 10 days, the washer and dryer were a big reason why we chose to stay here so that was a big disappointment. The condo itself was little but cute and a good amount of space for what we needed.

It’s a great alternative to the high rise, elevator buildings across the street. Easy access to the beach with a deck accessible only to you. Very well done, lovely, quaint, cozy cottage. A two minute walk (three doors down) to a store with pretty much whatever you need in a pinch. That being next door to an ice cream shop, a seafood shop, a liquor store and a restaurant/bar with good food at decent prices. If you don’t feel like getting in the hot car for nearby options, you really won’t need to! The bath vanity is painfully small but, again, it’s a cozy cottage so, not unexpected. The only odd thing to me was that there is NO evidence that anyone has ever prepared food there. I’ve rented a lot of places, from penthouses to bungalows and it’s the only one I’ve been in where you will not find ONE thing related to food. A half used roll of foil, disposable S&P shakers, random spices. If you do intend to cook (I didn’t) just be aware that you will find adequate pans and dishes, but nothing else. I was fine with it, just found it odd. This property is a good value and not quite so “fussy” as others in the area. It’s a lovely beach cottage, and that’s all it’s supposed to be!
