Welcome to our old thatched-roof house.
It’s centrally located, yet very quiet.
The beach, shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The semi-detached house is said to have been built as early as 1742 by two sisters whose husbands were sailors. The exact date of construction can no longer be determined.
However, in 1861, the Prussian government enacted a law introducing property and building taxes. It was first officially mentioned in the Stralsund land registry in 1870 and is now a protected historic building.
The house has been restored with great attention to detail and now meets modern standards.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Living/dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, extendable dining table for 6 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet
- Bedroom with a double bed featuring two 80 x 200 mattresses, a linen closet
- Blackout curtains
- Blackout blinds and shutters.
- Hallway with coat rack and wardrobe
and on the upper floor:
- Dormer Room 1, with a single bed (100 x 200), 1 travel crib, a wardrobe, and a play area
- Dormer Room 2, with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV, and a desk
- Both rooms have blackout curtains.
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Please note that the house has a thatched roof, so only the electric grill may be used.
