This lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment for 1–4 people is situated in a completely quiet location within the gated and spacious “Residenz Kormoran” vacation complex (some of which feature thatched roofs), on the edge of the Darßer Wald Nature Reserve.<br>Through a traditional Darß-style front door, you enter the bright living room and the large dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped modern kitchen. In the comfortable living room, the pull-out TV sofa can be used as a sleeping area for two additional guests. Other amenities include two recliners, a TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi for internet access. A wide door in the living room leads out to the beautiful south-west-facing terrace.<br>At the rear of the apartment, on the right, is the spacious bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a chair. On the opposite side are a shower room with a toilet and a separate guest restroom. At the end of the hallway is a storage room.<br>The apartment includes a ground-level, lockable bike/storage room and a parking space, both located directly next to the building.<br>A playground for the little ones, a barbecue area (grill provided), and a play field with a goal and a basketball hoop on the property ensure there’s never a dull moment. Amenities include washing machines and dryers (both for shared use for a fee). A charging station for electric cars is located in the open parking lot of Building Q. <br>An extensive network of bike and hiking trails in the adjacent national park and beyond offers plenty of variety. A hidden gem is the wild and romantic, fine-sand West Beach, which stretches 13 km.<br>The expansive, 20-km-long fine-sand North Beach (very child-friendly) is within walking distance.
