Guests have access to a seasonal community pool (HOA managed) within a charming walkable quiet neighborhood at the northern end of Myrtle Beach.

Located in one of Myrtle Beach’s most desirable coastal stretches, the Golden Mile is known for its peaceful beaches, walkable streets, and residential charm.



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot -2 parking spots. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Minimum renter age: 25 (HOA requirement)

NO PETS allowed

No smoking or vaping inside unit or balcony

Ring camera present (exterior entry only) Please do not block or cover the Ring camera at any time .

Monthly HOA pest control access required

Guest rental agreement + ID required after booking.

Pool Hours are 8AM - 10PM. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children must be accompanied by an Adult. No glass or glass bottles permitted on deck or in pool. Infants/small children must wear appropriate swim diapers or be potty trained.

No grilling or fires/candles/ FIREWORKS/ sparklers/ flammable oils or fluids allowed on site: No grilling inside of unit or on patio, or on property. Property does not permit grilling.

The hanging of laundry or clothing/swimsuits/towels on the outdoor patio or in front of unit on bench or railings is strictly prohibited by property rules.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
