Sardinia Gem House is a holiday apartment located in the lively Marina district of Cagliari. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as a cot and a highchair, which are both available upon request.

Outside, you will find a balcony with views of the sea.

The apartment benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of the historic centre of the city, a stone's throw from the attractions, places and historic districts of Cagliari: the Bastion Saint Remy, Castello with its Pisan towers and the Cathedral, Stampace and Villanova, as well as the promenade of the marina. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within the Marina district and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away on foot (250m). The beautiful beach at Poetto is just 10 minutes away by car (5km) and can also easily be reached by public transport. Cagliari airport is also 10 minutes drive away (8km) and this journey can also easily be made using public transport.

This lovely apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed it and had a terrific time exploring Cagliari. Everything was great and the host is spectacular, really enjoyed meeting with her and speaking to her all about Sardinia. Thanks for a great stay.

It was so lovely to meet Loredana and stay in her beautiful home! Her home was located in a perfect location in Cagliari near many restaurants and sights to see. It was so convenient to walk, bus or take the train. Poetto beach is just a short bus ride away. This vacation home was so clean and lovely, the photos do not do it justice. Loredana was such a lovely and friendly host. It was a pleasure to meet her!

Sardinian experience

The apartment was perfect for our first stay in Sardinia. The location was excellent for all the amenities and tourist adventures. We enjoyed the vast array of restaurants locally for eating out. We visited many of the tourist attractions, and took a tour from Piazza Yenne, which was informative about local area. Loredana was a perfect host and very attentive to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful Apartment in Cagliari!

This was the final leg of our 3 week trip to Italy. Loredana was so lovely and accommodating to our every need. The apartment was in a perfect location for what we were wanting to do in Sardinia this trip. It was so comfortable and very well appointed. We look forward to returning for another stay!

Loredana (our host) was extremely helpful and available to us for everything we needed. One or two suggestions: make available a local map and a "fact sheet" with information on parking, local places of interest, restaurants.

The Gem of Cagliari

An amazing location to base your time in the beautiful city of Cagliari. You are truly in the heart of everything. Loredana communicates so well and when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 10:30pm, it was no issue for her. Everything is comfortable with all you need and overall a lovely, cosy apartment. I would highly recommend staying in this Gem if you are visiting the area.

Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!

In the middle of the middle

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely holiday apartment in Cagliari , Sardinia. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could ask for. The real highlight of my stay, however, was the incredibly kind and accommodating landlady. She went out of her way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, providing us with helpful tips about the area and making us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Sardinia. However, was the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the port of the Mediterranean Sea. Exploring the charming streets of Cagliari and indulging in delicious local cuisine made our holiday experience unforgettable.
