The manageable number of units also ensures a pleasant, family-like atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger complexes.

The location on Seestraße places guests in close proximity to the Baltic Sea coast—ideal for beach walks, water sports, or simply relaxing with a view of the sea. The surrounding towns, with their cozy charm, also invite you to explore, while the nearby Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Bad Doberan offer cultural highlights.

Whether for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or a quiet retreat for work-related projects, Villa Zeitlos offers the perfect apartment to suit every need. With its well-thought-out amenities and quiet yet well-connected location, it combines comfort and relaxation on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Baltic Sea coast.
Spanning 60 m², this vacation apartment in Villa Zeitlos offers a comfortable stay for up to 3 people, just a stone’s throw from the beach. Its immediate proximity to the beach makes this accommodation an ideal retreat for couples and small families.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as an additional single bed, ensuring plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The well-equipped bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The open living area with a seating area invites you to linger, while the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—leaves nothing to be desired.

For families with small children, a high chair is provided, and thanks to free Wi-Fi and an internet connection, you can stay well-connected even while on vacation. A terrace invites you to relax in the fresh sea air, and a 4K TV with satellite reception provides entertainment on quiet evenings. Parking is included in the price, but having your own car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area with flexibility.
