This cozy studio style cottage features a full kitchen, private bathroom and queen bed perfect for a Cayucos getaway for two. Carriage House remains as one of the few historical charming Cayucos beach homes. It offered as a unique converted tack house located in the desired downtown of Cayucos with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Carriage House is located right next to Brown Butter Cookie Company, where you will smell the delightful bakery as you find yourself stepping back into the 20th century.

The Carriage House is one of 3 rentals on this unique share property. If you are interested in booking for a larger group please find (044A) Captain's Quarters and (044B) Crow's Nest are the other 2 rentals offered on the premise. To rent all 3 units please visit (044ABC) The Saltbox vacation rental on our website.

The Carriage House offers a private patio, BBQ, smart TV, DVD player, WiFi, as well as a shared washer and dryer (SHARED BY ALL UNITS). Parking for 1 car.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. 2) $3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.
