On the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Altea, in a quiet position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool (10 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, rocky beach "Playa L´Olla" 4 km. Sports harbour 5 km, marina 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 20 km, Mundomar Benidorm 19 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 22 km, Terra Natura Benidorm 19 km, Guadalest 22 km, Fuentes del Algar 14 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Villa with a vieuw

Moderne en ruime villa met ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht op groen en op de bergen . Heel veel licht . Beveiligd terrein . 1 groot nadeel : op TV alleen maar Spaanse en Franse posten ; “TV-Vlaanderen” zou een grote aanwinst zijn. Nog een voorstel : een tepanyaki-plaat zou handig zijn , dan heb je de BBQ niet nodig en kan je gezellig op je terras blijven eten .
