Comfort, Charm, and a Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beau-tique Cottage was perfection. This well-appointed one-bedroom had everything we needed and more-so comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The location next to the Beaufort Hotel was ideal, making it an easy walk to 34 North for dinner. We would highly recommend this rental- it will not disappoint!

This place is lovely, with lots of beautiful artwork throughout. There were several things that weren’t exactly okay. First thing I noticed checking in was how LOUD the area is around the Hotel. Apparently a wedding that was scheduled at the Beaufort Hotel was staying across from our place & they were into the prewedding celebration. It was much better after the wedding, Also the TV in the living room didn’t work, My Husband discovered that it wasn’t wired, some previous renter took the wiring with them apparently. Lastly, & most upsetting, someone stole my SHOES & a small portable lamp that I’d left out on the porch, thinking the area was safe. The culprit left a crunched up BudLight can in the bushes for us. So, word to the wise, no place is safe. I did report this incident to the Host, no response from him, a bit disappointing, Also, someone took our assigned parking spot, which upset my husband, All in, we would not revisit. The place was expensive, so these little incidences were less tolerable.

Hello, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave us a poor review. We communicated with you and solved your issues each time that you or your wife reached out. All in all we responded to you with phone conversations and text over 12 times, including coming over to fix the TV. Property was extraordinary clean. This is a great location near the Beaufort Hotel. We rented bikes from there and rode into town.
