For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not throw, drop, sweep, or pour anything from balconies. This includes water, food, trash, bottles, glass, cigarette butts, or any other objects. Items falling from balconies can create serious safety hazards and may result in fines or other actions by building management.
Pool & Lawn Area Hours
Please note that access to the outdoor pool and lawn area is restricted after the following hours:
• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM
These rules are enforced by building security. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests.
**Important Information Before Booking**
-Check-In: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM
-Late Checkout / Additional Cleaning: Available for an additional fee and subject to availability
-Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding residents
-Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited; registered guests only
-Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee per reservation
-Consumables: Starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries. Additional supplies are available upon request for an extra fee
-Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a short-term rental agreement before arrival
