This 220 m² holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and tiled stove, 7-8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest WC, and accommodates up to 12 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating, satellite TV, and a ski storage room. For families, a cot and high chair are available on request.

The Hintertux Glacier (year-round skiing) is 25 minutes by car. The valley, Ahornbahn, and other cable cars are 25–30 minutes away. Mayrhofen’s pedestrian zone, with après-ski bars and a winter Christmas market, is 10 minutes (7.6 km) away.
