Located in a seaside district of Alghero, the "San Giovanni Lido" apartment is right in front of the beach and close to the center, making it the perfect home for relaxing beach holidays and for exploring the charming old town. The 140 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, and television. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The apartment features a furnished balcony where you can enjoy a partial sea view. Numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are located nearby and can be reached on foot in 2-5 minutes. The sandy San Giovanni beach is just 50 meters away, as well as the bus stop. In about 20 minutes on foot (1.5 km), you can reach the oldest part of the city, characterized by narrow streets, fascinating architecture, and a unique atmosphere. Alghero Airport is only 11 minutes by car (8.5 km) from the apartment.
Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The property offers step-free access, an elevator, and wide doors.
