The 138m² vacation home Villafiorita is located in Alghero, a sunny city on the Mediterranean Sea in the northwestern corner of Italy's island of Sardinia. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, fans, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed is available.

Guests can relax on their balcony or sun on the private covered terrace.

The home is just a 2 to 5 minute (750 m to 2 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues and just 100 m from a bus stop and 550 m from all services. The home is also just 200 m from the beach. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Via Catalogna and the Torres i Bastions de l'Alguer hiking areas just 4 to 6 minutes (1.5 to 2 km) by car from the home. Alghero Airport is an 11 minute (8.5 km) drive away.

Street parking is available. The home has an elevator and features a step-free interior.

We enjoyed the space of the apartment. Very large and located just an easy walk to the beach. It is an older apartment, but had everything we needed. A very nice host, but doesnt speak English, so use google translate.

This is a very nice place to stay and I would stay there again. Unfortunately, I know no Italian and the extremely accommodating landlord knows no English. Best to bring some basic or advanced Italian words with you.

Large spacious apartment on quiet street, but was quite dated. One bath leaked at the partition, the other shower head was cracked and sprayed everywhere. WiFi was weak in the bedrooms. And owner was a very nice gentleman but only spoke Italian. So if you are an English only speaker, you will have a very difficult time checking in. The Holidu Agency in Germany is NOT THE HOST. So the ad that says English speaking is very misleading. We managed by using google translate. Location was close to many popular spots , but finding a spot to park near the apartment was a challenge.
