The day before we were to check in the host wanted to increase the price of our stay by more than 60% even though we had already paid and had a confirmation number. The bathroom was not very clean and there were cigarette butts on the patio floor and the garage had cigarette butts on the floor and loose garbage in two of the corners. The microwave did not work and I could not find a coffeemaker. The bed was comfortable.

Hi Tracy, Thank you for your feedback and for staying at our property. I’m happy to confirm that while Vrbo did update their rates on the listing, you were charged only the original rate that applied at the time you made your reservation, so that change did not affect the amount you paid. This is a no‑smoking property and I do not smoke, so I’m unsure where the cigarette butts you mentioned may have come from, but I will certainly look into this with my cleaning team to ensure it does not happen in the future. Im sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay; when you toured the property before check‑in, you let me know everything looked good, so I wish I had known about your concerns during your visit so I could have addressed them right away.
