Don't pass up this beautifully renovated vacation rental in Sun City. 2 bedroom 1 bath, perfect get away. All new flooring, new AC, and new kitchen and bathroom. This gem has everything you need. This a new full Rehab property listing thus the few reviews. Hard to find another one this nice.

Great place, very comfy stay

Loved this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the listing photos. Greay quiet neighborhood and very convenient quick drive to Desert Diamond Arena where we were going this weekend for University of Arizona graduation ceremony.

Had a great week in Phoenix before it was super hot. Nice house close to shopping and freeways made it easy to get around.

Beautiful home and tastefully decorated!Quiet neighborhood and a bonus is the lemon tree in the front yard and the two orange trees in the backyard!Susan & Jeff are both very nice people to work with!You will not be disappointed with this property!

Convenient location

We were visiting nearby family, so the location was ideal. The home is newly remodeled and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Communication was excellent. We will certainly consider this home for any future visits.

Clean House, Cute Neighborhood

The house is very clean, has what you need for a short stay. Water pressure is good in the shower, bed is comfy. The neighborhood is cute and a great place to get in a morning walk before it heats up.
