気になった点 : 清 潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The Hotel has a million dollar view but that is where it ends. The room was clean and I liked the bathroom and the air conditioner worked well. The safe was locked and they were unable to open it. The dresser drawers were difficult to use. The TV never worked the week we were there. I don't really care because we were gone a lot enjoying the island. The safe not working was a big sticking point with me because we were gone diving and snorkeling most of the time with no where to lock up our valuables. Both beds were too small even though there is plenty of room for a King size bed. I like to go cheap on my hotel on vacation and spend my money on food and activities. I liked the area and you could enjoy the ocean right on your back porch. It has so much potential it is sad. The maid never came in and I am alright with that because the safe didn't work and I didn't want to test their loyalty. Even that is not a big deal because we were able to get clean towels. It is a cheap hotel.Would I stay here again, no. I would pay a little more money for a better Hotel. I wanted to lile it.
