The modern vacation house Casa Lopes is located in Fuseta, only 7 minutes walk from the golden sandy beach (550 m). The warm water invites you to swim and snorkel. Fuseta is a traditional fishing village with whitewashed square houses. The 75 m² vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable TV.

On your private, open terrace equipped with seating furniture you can enjoy relaxing hours. On the grill you will prepare delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones on site.

In close proximity to the accommodation, after only 1-4 minutes walk, you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as food markets. The nearest beach Praia da Fuseta Ria, located on a lagoon, is just 550 meters away. The enchanting coastal town of Olhão, with its unusual architecture and Arabian flair, can be reached after a 20-minute drive (11 km). You can also take a ferry to Armona Island in the Ria Formosa Natural Park (29 minutes from Olhão port) and enjoy the unspoiled nature on the beach.

Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed.

Schön, immer gern wieder

Pros: Kurze Wege zum Hafen (Ferryboat), zur Markthalle, zum Ortskern und zu unseren Lieblingsgastronomen. Schöne Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage, Mückenschutz usw. 2 Toiletten auf verschiedenen Etagen Cons: Keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, da sehr eng für andere durchfahrende Fahrzeuge. Gleich bei der Anreise wurden wir von Nachbarn angesprochen, dass wir dort nicht stehen können. Eignet sich nur zum Ein-und Ausladen. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Der Weg über 2 Stockwerke mit 4 Treppen bis auf die Dachterrasse ist zu weit, um dort etwas zu servieren. Eignet sich aber, um dort etwas zu trinken und zum Wäschetrocknen. Das Doppelbett ist recht schmal.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer super Lage

Pros: Mein Mann und ich haben uns in dem Haus von Herrn Lopes vier Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts, alles ist wie beschrieben und der kurze Weg zum Strand hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Balkon ist zwar recht klein, aber toll um dort zu frühstücken. Mittags wäre ein Sonnenschirm schön, denn dann steht die Sonne voll auf dem Balkon und es wird ziemlich heiß da oben.

Buena localización para recorrer el sur del Algarve, casa totalmente restaurada, muy moderna con todas las comodidades, limpieza excelente, mejor aún la atención de Nuno, siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea la mejor. Muchas gracias Nuno.

Casa recentemente remodelada e com uma localização razoável

Pros: Limpeza e Equipamentos. Está perto de tudo Cons: Na vizinhança há quem trabalhe na doca, ou no mercado, e antes das 7h da manhã, acordávamos com o arrastar das caixas de gelo/pescado. Se não se importar de acordar cedo ou, em alternativa, dormir com as janelas fechadas, suporta-se. O estacionamento na rua é possível mas dada a escassa largura da rua, depois de descarregar as bagagens, é melhor deixar o carro na Av. 25 de Abril.

My wife, daughter and I went to visit some friends in the Algarve. The flat was perfect for us. It is well appointed and looks recently remodeled. Two bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms was very convenient. We only used the kitchen to cook breakfast, but there were plenty of pots, pans and utensils if you wanted to cook more often. The Casa Lopes was a perfect place for a relaxing stay in Fuseta. It is a short walk to the main town square with plenty of dining options, as well as the waterfront and small beach. It is a walkable distance from the train station. I highly recommend the property and would stay there again.
