Offering mountain and lake views, the rustic Thari House Como Lake vacation home is located in Naggio, a town on the northwestern shore of Lake Como, just a 15-minute drive from Menaggio and the beach (8 km). Furnished with traditional wooden ceilings, the vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fireplace and SAT-TV.

In your private outdoor area, a garden, a partially covered terrace and a barbecue await you, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors. The vacation home also includes a balcony overlooking the mountains of Lake Como.

The vacation home is only 4 minutes by car (1,5 km) or 18 minutes by foot from the restaurant Crotto Buba. From here you have a beautiful view of Lake Como. Other restaurant recommendations include La Barcola, perfect for dinner (4 km, 10 minutes by car), and La Baita with beautiful views of the lake with regional cuisine (5 km, 10 minutes by car). 9 km away, you will find a supermarket open 24/7 (15 minutes by car). In Menaggio, there are more restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets (14-16 minutes by car). The nearest beach, Spiaggia Lerai, is 17 minutes away by car (8.6 km). Here you can swim in the sparkling waters of Lake Como or simply unwind. Golf lovers will enjoy the 18-hole Menaggio Cadenabbia Golf Club, just 12 minutes (6 km) away by car. There are a variety of bike routes in the Naggio area that wind through the spectacular lake and mountain scenery. Lugano-Agno airport is 55 minutes (30 km) away by car.

Free parking is available at Sant'Antonio Church (90m, 2min walk).

Wunderschönes Haus mit ganz eigenem Charme

Pros: Besonders gut hat uns der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer gefallen. Über WhatsApp konnte man ihn jederzeit erreichen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar per WhatsApp gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Bei der Buchung hatten wir Bedenken bezüglich der Parkplatz Situation. Vor Ort, mit wenigen Gehminuten, stehen aber einige öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Modern eingerichtet, ruhige Lage

Pros: Das alte Haus, fernab vom Tourismus, ist super renoviert. Moderne Sanitäranlagen, Regentschaft, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Gasherd. Cons: Alles super ausser der fehlende Parkplatz, aber das ist nicht schlimm.

maison atypique

un peu surpris à l'arrivée par l' endroit mais dès l'entrée dans la maison nous avons été enchantés. La maison a été restaurée avec beaucoup de goût en gardant l'authenticité du lieu. Par contre, elle est située dans un petit village de montagne donc virages pour y accéder, mais bien située pour visiter la région du lac de Côme. Pour 6 personnes, c'était idéal. Mr Matteo , notre hôte, était très sympathique par whatsapp, en anglais.

Huis is geschikt voor 6 personen met hond.

Pros: Buitenplaats geheel afgesloten, waardoor hond altijd los rond kon lopen. Bovendien altijd een plek om ofwel in de zon of de schaduw te zitten. Cons: Geen tuinstoelen, alleen een harde bank. Derde slaapkamer wel groot, maar relatief laag. Dus eerder geschikt voor twee kinderen dan 2 volwassenen en op zolder erg warm.

Nice stay and good hiking start point

Pros: Matteo is a very attentive host. His vacation house has been restored in a very inspiring way, leaving all sorts of details intact. Naggio is a tiny hill village, and is a good starting point for hikes in the region. We had a very nice stay in his place, and we can recommend the place. Two points of attention for guests. The church bells ring every hour and every half hour in the night, which could be troublesome for people with light sleep, and lake view is only from the top window in the house. We had no problem with either of those points, and had a really pleasant stay at Thari house. Cons: No serious downpoints. Place was very well cleaned.
