Welcome to the Whale House, a top of the hill view.
Summer 2027 is OPEN! Cayucos from the top! This architect-designed 3BR/2.5BA retreat features sweeping ocean views from every angle and a private elevator serving all levels. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a Sonos sound system in the main living area. The primary suite offers a private balcony and spa bath, while the kitchen balcony features a propane BBQ. Includes AC, 2-car garage, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Experience elevated coastal living in this architecturally significant hillside home, meticulously designed by its original owner to blend form and function. This exceptional residence features breathtaking panoramic views and thoughtful amenities, including a convenient elevator serving every level. Perfectly situated in the charming beach town of Cayucos, the property includes a spacious two-car garage—ideal for storing surfboards, bicycles, and outdoor gear. We are pleased to welcome pets; however, please note that the property does not currently offer a fenced-in yard.
