The Space:
Inside, the layout is thoughtfully arranged for relaxing and recharging. The bedroom is a calm, private space to unwind after a day in the sun. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cooking essentials. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable, and the apartment includes Wi-Fi and a TV for downtime.
Guest Access:
The building is located above the La Bodega café at 180 Manuel Pineda Street in Zona Comercial. The main entrance is a black wrought iron gate. On arrival, you will find a lockbox on the door. Enter the code, slide the latch, and retrieve the keys. Go up the stairs to the first floor, turn left, and you will see two apartments. Your apartment is the one on the left. You will have full private access to the apartment and access to the rooftop pool. A digital door code will be provided upon arrival. Always close the door fully and press the lock button when leaving.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Zona Comercial, you are close to the city’s best highlights. The Malecón is nearby for coastal walks, cycling, ocean views, and sunsets. The area is full of restaurants ranging from casual seafood spots to authentic Mexican cuisine and upscale options. You will also find shops and local boutiques within easy reach, making this a convenient and walkable place to stay.
Getting Around:
Public transportation is nearby with bus stops along the main avenues. Taxis and ride-share services are easy to find. Manuel Márquez de León International Airport is about a 15-minute drive by car. Street parking is available, and while it is generally safe, please follow local parking regulations and posted signs.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Children and infants are welcome. For help during your stay, message through the booking platform and expect a quick response.
