Only 7 minutes by car from the beach, this exclusive Villa Natalia is located in the hinterland of Nerja in beautiful Andalusia. It impresses especially with its spectacular sea and mountain views and its private swimming and children's pool. The stylishly furnished villa is ideal for vacations in family or with friends. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, SAT-TV and DVD player. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a high chair.
In your outdoor area, you will find a balcony with comfortable seating and a beautiful pool, which is also suitable for the younger guests. Spend relaxing hours here on the poolside sun loungers or prepare delicious meals on the private grill to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones on the partially covered terrace. The property also includes a private garden, an outdoor shower, and a pool table.
Within 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Nerja (4,4 km) with its numerous stores, restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes by car (4 km). In just a few minutes by car you will find beautiful sandy beaches, including El Limite Nerja (7 min), Playa Nerja (9 min) and Playa Torrecilla (11 min). Here, variety in sunbathing and swimming in the sea is guaranteed.

The house is equipped with a security system featuring photosensors. These devices activate only when the alarm is on and take photos in case of unauthorized access. There are two sensors—one in the hallway and one in the living room. Guests can easily disable the sensors using the built-in cover if they prefer.
