We loved the property! Great location, and just as pictured. Very clean, new and everything worked great.The communication with the host was AWESOME!!! We had a few changes and they worked with us, very flexible and accommodating.We would definitely stay again.

Terrible people own and manage this property. Prebroken hot tub cover was blamed on us after we opened the lid backwards one time, mind you with no difficulty, which would not be possible if it were not already broken. Also getting blamed for a red stain somewhere that nobody recollects any knowledge of whatsoever. Not saying it’s not possible but it’s a simple fix yet the owners/managers are making an unbelievable fuss over it. Was a wonderful stay until we left now they are being more than a nuisance. Was planning on booking again but after this we will definitely not be returning and will advise others to avoid the terrible people and problems that come with the property.

We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay—that's exactly what we hope for every guest. What happened after checkout wasn't based on assumptions. It was based on time-stamped photos, video footage, and maintenance documentation. The hot tub cover clips you referenced were documented being broken during your stay, and we only charged for the parts damaged by your group—not for any pre-existing wear. We also documented that the hot tub required professional rebalancing after the posted hot tub rules weren't followed, and our exterior security camera (which monitors only the outside of the property) was intentionally covered during your stay. Those costs were incurred solely to restore the property for the next guests. We understand it's easier to dispute responsibility than to accept it, but the reservation holder is responsible for the actions of everyone in their party. We simply ask our guests to treat the home with the same care they would their own. We wish you all the best and will continue providing a beautiful, well-maintained home for the many guests who respect it.

First let me say the place is pretty and the team who runs it is very responsive. From that though, it is a team and they run it like a robotic business and less like a home away from home. I respect the business aspect but due to the amount of fees, rules, and standard responses, the ability to relax was taken away out of fear to be charged for any little thing. Example: Before booking I asked if early check in would be available. After "checking with the cleaners" they said it would be. We went back and forth trying to decide what time would be best then once that was settled I booked it. I was told they would send me a link to request the early checkin. Once I did, I saw to do the early check in would cost 100!! A fee to do this was not mentioned once. Then once you check in, you get pages and pages of rules and potential fees. 1500 for an unregistered guest200 to rekey (the automatic keyless entry) 25-50 if any linens were stained 15 hot tub feePages of instructions if you use the hot tubAnd the list goes on. Then we found pants that were not ours in the basement. The office, where a bed was, felt uncomfortable because it looked like someone had worked their 9-5 job there that day. Lastly the 2 car garage could only fit one car due to the storage bins and cleaning supplies taking up the other side. Like I said, the place is pretty, looks like the pictures but I would suggest only using it as last min option, as it was this time for us.

We're glad you found the home beautiful and that our team was responsive throughout your stay - especially given the short notice after your original booking fell through. We do want to address a few points directly. Our garage is clearly noted as fitting one vehicle in multiple places in our listing description, so that's accurately represented rather than a surprise. The stools you photographed are a soft velvet fabric that can show light marks even with regular care - we inspect them after every stay, but we'll take another look to make sure they're in the best shape possible. We also want to clarify for future guests that the home doesn't have a basement - we believe you may be referring to the downstairs living area. We did pass along the feedback about the item found there to our cleaning team so it doesn't happen again. On the early check-in fee - we recognize the timing of that conversation could have been clearer on our end, and we're using this as a learning moment to make sure fee details are shared as early as possible, before booking. We also want to note we did waive an additional guest fee for your group without being asked, as we understood the added flexibility mattered for your circumstances. We run this home with clear policies because it helps us keep it well-maintained and fairly priced for every guest, but we also care about making sure that structure doesn't get in the way of a welcoming stay. We appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you and your group well.

I’m originally from Arlington, NE, spent 16 years in Minneapolis, and have been back in Omaha for almost a decade. I love my home, but it’s more space than I need for just me and my two pups, so I’m excited to share it with travelers.
I’m a volleyball player and coach, a frequent work traveler, and someone who’s always exploring new restaurants around Omaha. I’m new to hosting, but I’ve stayed in many short‑term rentals and hotels over the years, so I’m looking forward to offering hospitality from the other side.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s close to everything in Omaha while still feeling tucked away. It’s only 5-10 minutes from the parts of West Omaha where I spend most of my time, and about 30 minutes from the energy of downtown. The area is quiet, the neighbors are wonderful, and with several of them working in fire or law enforcement, I’ve always felt incredibly safe here.

This home offers a few standout features that guests really appreciate, including a private hot tub and an EV charger in the garage. Although it’s technically a townhome, it feels much larger than expected with over 2,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The fenced backyard is great for pets, though I always recommend keeping a close eye on them while they’re outside. One of my personal favorite features is the oversized soaker tub in the primary suite, it’s truly spacious.
