Make your way inside this modern, tropical villa and be greeted with a bright, welcoming space with open plan living, stylish décor and everything you could need for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach.

Here you can do your morning yoga practice by the fruit trees, soak up the sun on the outdoor lounge or just luxuriate in the refreshing pool and let all your worries float away.

Make your way inside and relax on the comfortable sofas while you stream all your favorites on the Roku TV within the open living room. This space also doubles as a fifth sleeping area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed.

Step through into the large gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster oven and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need to cook up a delicious meal for the group.
Eat together in the stylish dining area with a table and chic bar seating for eight, or if you don’t feel like cooking, walk just 10/15 minutes and eat out at the many restaurants and cafes along the happening Hallandale Beach Boulevard.

Within the villa you’ll have four spacious bedrooms to choose from with each offering comfortable king and queen beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

Studio has its own entrance and is separate from the main house and where the dryer and washer is located.

Pool heating:
Please note that the pool can be heated upon request for $50 per day, please let us know before your stay so we can have the pool nice and warm for your arrival.

To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on TUESDAY & FRIDAY, though these days are still subject to weather conditions.

The home includes a Roku HD Smart-TVs, WiFi, and central A/C & heaters.
