Welcome to Sand & Sea Escapes, your relaxing home away from home in beautiful Myrtle Beach. We have put a great deal of care, time, and love into creating a space where guests can truly unwind, reconnect, and enjoy everything the beach has to offer. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, our goal is for you to feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease from the moment you arrive.

Our spacious second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families and small groups while providing all the comforts of home.

Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a closet for storage, a smart TV, and a private attached bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and closet, creating a cozy and quiet place to rest after a day at the beach. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering two twin beds, a closet, games for entertainment, and a TV for relaxing evenings.

Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Guests can enjoy a dedicated coffee station stocked with coffee, creamers, and sugar, along with a toaster for quick breakfasts. We also provide dishwashing soap, sponges, and dishwasher tablets so cleanup is simple and stress-free.

Livingroom
The living area is designed as a comfortable gathering space with cozy seating, a smart TV for entertainment, and a bar-height dining table perfect for meals, games, or planning your next beach adventure.

Laundry
For your convenience, the home also includes a new washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or refreshing beachwear after a day in the sun. A drying rack is also provided for delicate items or swimwear.

Patio
Step outside to enjoy the large private patio, a perfect space to relax and unwind. The patio features comfortable outdoor seating and a dining area, making it ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or fun nights gathering with family and friends after a day at the beach.

Outdoor Fire Pit & Backyard
Guests are welcome to enjoy our shared backyard and outdoor fire pit area, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs. This space is shared with other guests on the property and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
