We’d like to warmly welcome you to “Ihrer Ferienwohnung bayrisch mehr...” Our centrally located vacation apartments were completely renovated by the end of 2019 and 2021, respectively, and have been lovingly and modernly furnished. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the lake and mountains.
New Vacation Rental – Completely Renovated in 2021! This spacious 85 m² vacation rental features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There’s also a south-facing balcony overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy the morning sun. The living room faces the lake and has direct access to the balcony. A large sofa with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax and unwind. Our kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area in the kitchen offers plenty of space for the whole family. From there, you can see our local mountain, the Kampenwand. You’ll spend the nights in our two bedrooms in a Swiss stone pine bed. We’re happy to provide an extra bed for children upon request. The spacious and modern bathroom features a bathtub and a rain shower.
Surrounded by green meadows, walking and hiking trails, and, of course, the exceptional location overlooking Lake Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, we promise you an unforgettable stay on the “Bavarian Sea.” The boat dock is about a 2-minute walk away. A small EDEKA grocery store with a bakery is within walking distance. The region around Lake Chiemsee is a paradise for sports enthusiasts. Right on our doorstep, bike paths await you, inviting you to enjoy leisurely rides and more challenging excursions. For those who want to burn off some energy, there’s a beach volleyball court right on the lake and two tennis courts in the immediate vicinity.
Whether you’re hiking, climbing, or simply enjoying a breathtaking view of Lake Chiemsee, our local mountain, the Kampenwand, is the ideal destination.
The cities of Salzburg, Munich, Rosenheim, Wasserburg, and Traunstein are accessible by car or train.
