• The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• There are multiple units in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 750 feet apart.
• Each unit accommodates up to 8 guests.
Sleeping arrangements for each unit:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed (which often ends up hosting more than two kids who love to sneak in or hang out to watch TV).
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed (for when you need a comfy spot).
- Third Bedroom: Two single beds (no need for sibling wars, let’s keep the peace).
- Living Room: Queen Murphy bed (converts from a spacious living room into a cozy bed, because you deserve a great night’s sleep, no matter what the setup).
Inside each condo:

- Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, the pictures are from typical units, and the exact apartments are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The resort has multiple 3-bedroom units, and the assigned units may be on different floors.
