Beautiful recently renovated 3 story townhome condo located 1/2 block from the mall and 3 walking block to the beach. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, end unit with enclosed private outdoor shower just for this unit. Recently, professionally remodeled kitchen with new granite; kitchen island; all new furnishings throughout the unit; new painting of the unit; custom drapes; new vinyl plank flooring installed. On site parking for 4 cars (2 fit in the garage with electric garage door opener and 2 are outside in front of the unit). Park your car and never have to use it the entire vacation since the unit is located right in town. Beautiful views of the meadows, Cape Island Creek, and the best views of the sunset all viewed from two fully furnished decks off the living room and master bedroom. Central air; washer/dryer on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are located in the hallway within the unit; Wi-fi; private entrance; 6 seasonal beach tags included; beach box on Perry Street included (holds 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas)so no lugging beach supplies. Maximum 6 guests (inclusive of children). 7 night minimum rental period. No dogs, cats, pets of any kind allowed; no parties; no smoking/vaping; no gas or charcoal grilling (per condo rules); but can use an electric grill, not supplied.
