Our check-in time is from 4:00 pm-11:00 pm.

Check-in will be at the front desk, the reservation is under your name. Please have your ID ready when you come for check-in.

If you are bringing a car, the valet parking is at the entrance of the main building.
Please don't worry about the valet parking fee being included in the price it has to be paid upfront at the time of the check-in.
Valet Parking:
$35 per day + taxes

* Other option for parking: Next building parking - and10 per day (multiple entries)

Additionally, the amenity fees must be paid upfront at check-in time.
Amenities Fee per day per unit:
$40 per day +taxes


The WIFI name is Hyde Unites, and it doesn’t need a password.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you please follow our house rules. Not adhering to the rules could result in a fine of up to $500.
-No loud noise after 9 pm
-Absolutely no drugs of any kind
-No lingering around the property
-Smoking is not permitted on the property except in the designated smoking area.
-No parties or large gatherings

The best way to communicate is through Airbnb messages. We will do our best to get back to you within 30 min.

Please keep in mind that this is an Airbnb. We only provide an initial courtesy set of toiletries.

Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilets because they can get clogged.
Please do not sit wet on the couch or chairs ( there is an extra USD150 cleaning fee if they get dirty)
