Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Lakefront Villa with panoramic Lake Travis and Hill Country views. The villa is newly furnished with decorator appointments providing comfort and luxury in a waterfront setting. Queen-size bed in master with plenty of closet space and an en suite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Queen sleeper sofa in living room for your extra guests. The condo also has a large HDTV, DVD player, WiFi and a washer/dryer. Enjoy gorgeous lake and hill country views over Lake Travis from your patio with easy access to all the amenities of the Island on Lake Travis.

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.

There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!

When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

We loved the property! We sat at the pool and met lots of fun people! We ate at the on-site restaurant and also enjoyed some karaoke on Thursday nite! We couldn't have had a better time.

Rental process was easy as property management respondid quickly. One suggestion taller shower heads, and pool needs to be clean more often other than that pur stay was excellent.

Tranquil Retreat

I surprised my wife on her birthday. I had some friends show to have dinner at the facility. I recommend this place for anyone to visit. The lake and hill country views are simply beautiful.

We are repeat visitors to this condo. Love this condo and love this view! We just wish The Island would do some upkeep, because there is so much potential here. And of course, wish the lake would rise.

Perfect

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here & we could not have been more pleased . The condo was clean & had everything we could have wanted . Great Place

We wanted to get away from the city and found the perfect place out in Lago Vista. Beautiful Sunsets, lots of deer and everything you need to stock up within a 15 minute drive. We came out for business and to attend the F1 race at COTA. The drive to COTA ranged from 50 min to 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on traffic. So happy we chose Lago Vista, even though it was a drive to COTA, I preferred the drive to enjoy the scenery and all the deer.

Beautiful get away!

Very nice view from the 2nd floor balcony. Balcony was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. We didn't find the local grocery store until our last day there. 😜 Brookshire Brothers was the best option. Lowe's Market was a little pricey. The condo was furnished nicely. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were numerous towels in the bathroom. The 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs were nice. The indoor pool was great! Very nice gym with lots of equipment. The view of the lake was awesome! Will definitely be back! Want to kayak next time we go! March was a little to cold to get in the lake.
