You have a bedroom with a double bed and a single armchair bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The interiors are bright, with large windows overlooking the garden, and include a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, air conditioning, washing machine, and a baby cot, making it ideal for families with young children.



Outside, you can enjoy a private 900 sqm garden surrounded by a pine forest, offering natural shade during summer days. The furnished patio is perfect for outdoor meals, relaxing, reading, enjoying a glass of wine, or simply appreciating the tranquility and sounds of nature in total privacy. After a day at the beach or hiking, a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available, providing a pleasant moment of well-being and making your stay even more comfortable.



Private parking is available in front of the house. Events are not allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.



The sandy beach of Lacona is just a 10-minute walk away, and a minimarket for daily needs is 100 meters away. From this central location on Elba, you can easily reach the main towns and attractions in 15-20 minutes by car. The owners live nearby, but not in the booked house, ensuring privacy and assistance when needed.



Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for an extra fee. A discount on the ferry ticket is available after booking.
