Our country house retreat is designed to accommodate 4 to a maximum of 5 people. It features a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a log cabin sauna, a bucket waterfall shower, a large patio, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a portable hammock, and a fire pit. Inside the house, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a guest restroom, and a bathroom with a toilet, a rain shower, and a whirlpool tub overlooking the garden. Upstairs, an open loft with a large double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a reading nook invites you to relax. A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. Please pay the remaining balance via bank transfer 8 days before arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. For last-minute bookings, cash payment is required on-site upon arrival. Minimum stay: 2–3 nights. Check-in from 3:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m. Breakfast basket: Upon arrival, you’ll receive a generous welcome and breakfast basket filled with regional products and seasonal fruit. Bread rolls can be delivered to your doorstep between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. upon request. The bread roll service is charged separately. Fully equipped kitchen—dining room crafted from our own elm wood by a local carpenter—cozy living room with a wood-burning stove—firewood is always available and can be restocked free of charge—free Wi-Fi, jukebox, DVD player, satellite TV, individually adjustable underfloor heating in all rooms; towels, bathrobes, sauna kilt, sauna towels, sauna infusion oils, and hand-knitted socks are provided; beds are handcrafted by a local carpenter from our own ash and elm wood. High-quality mattresses made in Germany and luxurious bedding from the Waldviertel region of Austria and Bavaria. An extra bed for children and a high chair are available upon request. Parking in front of the house; fly screens in the bedrooms; covered terrace with seating area, lounge chairs, hammock, and umbrella. For your health, our house is smoke-free.
