Fall asleep to peaceful sounds of ocean waves and wake to panoramic ocean & beach views from your master suite, living room & private lanai. Collect sand dollars & shells, swim in the beach-side pool (heated). The island’s only Supermarket, popular bar/restaurant (Junkanoo) & Snook Bight Marina (boat rental, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing) are located right across the street!

The space
CORNER LOCATIONS boast a stunning abundance of natural light… and your private lanai is the perfect sanctuary to observe dolphins at play, enjoy morning coffee, watch breathtaking sunsets, play games and share meals with family + friends.

This 2br/2ba CORNER LOCATION comfortably sleeps 6 and boasts a new, plush king bed, 2 new comfortable twin beds and a memory foam queen sofa-sleeper. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances: dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, crock pock, blender, electric mixer, knife block + the essentials for baking, grilling, serving and storing meals. After creating memories during the day, cozy up to watch a family movie or your favorite sports team on the new, 65” flat screen 4K HD Smart TV. Flat screen TV’s are also featured in each bedroom. The sun-soaked living room is tastefully decorated with a large leather sofa sleeper, comfortable recliner, 65” Smart TV, desk for the computer & dining room table (expands to seat 6). The lanai features 4 comfortable chairs + dining table.

Additional condo favorites: Large heated pool, shuffleboard court, (3) gas grills, well-lit + on-site laundry facility, picnic tables, ample pool-side loungers + tables + chairs, & additional loungers lining the beach. Common areas, the elevator entrance and both stairwells are well-lit & secured by keyless locks.

Our family has been enjoying Fort Myers Beach for 25 years. We enjoy the ocean, beach, walks, restaurants, golf, fishing and all the other available activities that makes the area so special.

We chose to own at Seaside Resort for the amazing location. The property is directly on a very calm, family friendly stretch of the ocean, the beach is gorgeous and the island's only grocery store is directly across the street. We also very much like how the large, heated pool sit relative to beach. Many other island resorts have their swimming pools in the parking lot and we did not like that as much.
