Owned by a musician, this home isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s a space designed to be experienced. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the character, the vibe, and the little details that make it feel different from your typical stay.

One of the highlights is the curated record setup. You’ll find a selection of vinyl records and audio equipment ready for you to enjoy. In one of the bedrooms, records are displayed on the wall, and yes, they’re not just for show. Feel free to take one down, put it on, and let the music set the tone for your stay.

One of the highlights of Vinyl Nest is the custom audio setup designed for music lovers.

The home features an Altec Voice of the Theatre speaker system built in 1970, housed in a beautiful walnut veneer cabinet. The speakers are powered by a Harman-Kardon AVR5 receiver and paired with a Kenwood turntable with a Grado cartridge for playing vinyl records.

A curated selection of LP records is available for you to enjoy, or feel free to bring your own. The system also includes a 5-CD changer and a DVD player, and you can even connect the TV audio through the speakers for a full listening experience.

Lawn maintenance may occur weekly. Please message us before arrival if you have any concerns.
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front, and side of the property. No interior cameras.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
• Rental agreement and valid ID via OwnerRez are required after booking. Door code will be sent on arrival day once completed.
• A $300 security deposit hold is required.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
• Please bring your own firewood and charcoal. These can be ordered via Instacart from nearby stores.
• Lock doors and windows and turn off lights and appliances when leaving the home.
• Guests are responsible for any damages.
• No smoking.
• No parties, unapproved pets, outside guests, or commercial use without written approval.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please report any damage so we can address it promptly.
• Bugs are rare but possible as this is Texas. The home is professionally cleaned.
• Leave the home as you found it. Do not move furniture to avoid additional fees.
• Dog-friendly with approval. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at $20 per dog per day. Please message for approval. A $25 fee may apply if pet waste needs to be handled by our team.
• A $25 or more fee applies for shipping left-behind items.
We are available by phone, text, or through the booking app and aim to respond promptly while giving you space to enjoy your stay.
