The ground-floor apartment "Felipe 2-2" is ideally located for a beach holiday in Cala d'Or, Mallorca. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with sofa bed for 2, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and air conditioning in the living area. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.



Relax in the shared outdoor area with pool and open terrace. Pets are not allowed. Street parking is available.



Towels are included. Guests may request a free change of bed linens and towels from the 7th night of stay. Please note, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.



Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted in the apartment. If more guests than allowed are found, all must vacate the property without refund.

Great time in cala d'or

Good location, close to Restaurants and shopping, beach 10 minutes by feet. Definitely recommended.

Scam

Lock-box did not work during check-in at night. Could not reach the landlord. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Landlord was very rude, and refused compensation. Moreover, the apartment was full of mold.

Hello Stefan, thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely regret the inconvenience during check-in. We would like to clarify that the safe was checked immediately after your notice and was working properly. A video was recorded as proof and screenshots were sent showing that the code provided is the same as the one received by all guests. We also have evidence of the automatic messages sent by the booking platform where the same code clearly appears. During the night, they were unable to communicate with us or the host. As soon as the host saw your call in the morning, he contacted you and went to the property to offer assistance. Regarding the condition of the flat, no complaints were received during the stay. They mention the presence of mould, but decided to stay. Regarding the treatment, we are sorry if you were offended. Our intention was always to resolve the problem with respect. We know that when a complaint is not accepted, this perception can arise. It is worth mentioning that after your departure, the code on the box was changed, which forced us to replace it for security reasons. We appreciate your comments as they help us to improve our services. We look forward to seeing you again. The Holidu Team
