Elveria hills excellent views

The apartment is located at Elviria Hills above Elviria and is in large private landscaped gardens which include a 9 hole golf course & superb driving range, with clubhouse, restaurant, bar and sports facilities (Tennis, gym, pool sauna etc). The apartment is in first floor in an elevated position with views directly over the golf course and the Mediterranean.





The living room of the apartment opens onto a large elevated south-facing terrace. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with marble floors, AC & central heating, double glazing and under floor heating in bathrooms. Secure underground parking is provided below the apartment with lift access.





The extensive Elviria beach is 5 minutes drive away is one of the best Marbella beaches, family friendly but with plenty of facilities. Elviria has all the facilities required - shops, restaurants etc. together with Don Carlos 5 star hotel and the Four Seasons Country Club sports facilities. There are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Everything is supplied and the furnishings are comfortable and high quality. The view was lovely from the terrace and the peace and tranquility was enjoyed by all! I highly recommend this beautiful 'Home from Home'.

Good sized 3 bedroom property with good bathrooms. Good sized balconies although they get very little sun. The main issue for us was the quality of the bedding and towels. They appeared very old and tired and should all be upgraded.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett möbliert. Die Ausstattung entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung, wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Besonders schätzten wir die gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht und Privatsphäre. Wir hatten auch von Anfang bis Ende herrliches Wetter (18.12. - 10.1.). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants in der Nähe, aber ein Auto ist notwendig. Chris war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die ganze Administration und Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne nochmals mieten.

Además, está decorado con mucho gusto, no le falta detalle. La cocina tiene de todo en cuanto a equipamiento. La terraza-jardín es ideal para desayunar, comer y cenar e incluso tiene barbacoa. Chris es una persona encantadora y está pendiente de que todo esté perfecto. La limpieza estaba muy bien. Sin duda para repetir todos los veranos.

Pros: In de periode 8-19 september 2021 zijn wij te gast geweest in het "nieuwe" appartement van de fam. Kin. Wij komen al vele in Elviria in een ander appartement maar door de verkoop door de eigenaar zijn wij op zoek gegaan naar een andere in Elviria. Die hebben wij uiteindelijk gevonden in dit appartement. Hier hebben wij geen spijt van. Het was zelfs boven onze verwachtingen. Het appartement ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen met een mooi uitzicht op zee is zeer ruim en netjes. Alles is aanwezig dus volgende keer nemen we nog iets minder mee in de koffer. Ook de hele communicatie en afhandeling van onze contactpersoon, Chris Wouters, was voortreffelijk. Onze complimenten voor het geheel. In principe hebben we al de toezegging gedaan om in 2022 voor minimaal voor 1x maar waarschijnlijk 2x terug te komen. Conclusie: Een absolute aanbeveling.

Pros: Denne leiligheten var helt super. Vi er nokså godt kjent i området etter å ha leid her før. Lys, fin og trivelig leilighet. Rolige og luftige omgivelser. Supert basseng tilhørende leilighetskomplekset. Chris, ansvarlig utleier, har hele tiden vært rask på tilbakemeldinger. Vi bestilte leiligheten i for høst, og jeg har kommunisert med Chris det siste året ved behov.
