During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
