Queen in each bedroom + futons, pull‑out sofa—sleeps 8. Sheets, blankets, towels, printer, near 1 mile sandy beach, barge canal, restaurants, fishing, watersports, events nearby. Kitchen : White kitchen cabinets, cupboards & counter. Stainless steel refrigerator & gas stove-convection oven. Over head microwave with exhaust fan out. Sliding glass door with sunset views. ( deck to come ) Pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, coffee decaf and regular, creamer, sweeteners, teas, plates, bowls, coffee cups, margarita glasses, beer mugs, hi ball glasses. Instant water boiler.

Bathroom 1 : Amazing walk in tile shower. Stackable washer dryer for guest use. Large vanity and Mirror, two cabinets, Towels, shampoo, conditioner & soap.

Bathroom 2. Half bath attached to master suite. Toilet and Vanity.

Home is cozy with radiant baseboard heat from hot water boiler.

A/C window units will come when temperature rises.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use entire home and yard. Come and go anytime day or night.

There is a electric door handle and coded lockbox. The code is provided before check in.

The property was nice clean and local to activities. We only had one hick up it was the bats the first night they came from nowhere but never again that was odd nice property I would definitely recommend it

It’s a very nice place to stay. Surroundings are beautiful with lots to do in the area. management was very delightful.

A really good bang for the buck no place is perfect. It was comfortable enough small things like not the best pots and pans some places weren’t as clean as they could be like under the sink or the lint trap a few washcloths and some minor repairs but again totally worth it

Everything was beautiful, but it was very hot in the bedroom and the fan did not cool it down. The mattress could be updated as it had dips where you sleep. Also outside the entrance to the left window there is a bee hive inside the wall. A very active bee hive.Other than these few things it was a pleasant stay.

House is nice but we had a few problems. There is no working oven, door held shut by tape. Mice droppings near garbage and under sink. Bee nests by garbage cans and at the back of the house and no toaster. Keep on improving it!

The owner was EXCELLENT to deal with! We were coming last minute for my mom who was placed on Hospice care and this owner went above and beyond to help us! The place was very cute and has a lot of great potential! Yes, it needs work bur who's place doesn't? I will recommend this place to others and stay there again! Thank you so much for everything!

The property was dirty, There is a dead animal with flies all over the air conditioner vents. The washer was so loud that we had to go outside to have a conversation. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and moldy laundry in the dryer. We could not use the oven because it was duct taped shut. There was no grill to cook outside and I had to buy toilet paper. Very disappointing

Great basic place for the price. We liked that it welcomed dogs. It was surprisingly spacious. We will look to stay here again next year when we return to the area.
